Anton is the Deputy Head of Student Services and works alongside the Head of Student Services helping to ensure an excellent provision of support to BIMM Brighton’s students. He has been a part of Brighton’s Student Support Team since 2011, offering pastoral support and guidance for a diverse range of students.
With a background in working with victims and witnesses of crime, alongside counselling skills training, Anton is passionate about providing an accessible and safe space for students to discuss anything affecting their university experience.
Anton also manages and works with a team of 5 other Student Support Officers, who actively support the different cohorts of students across BIMM Brighton’s different degree programmes.
Harvey (pictured) is a rescue dog who joined the team full-time at the start of 2018. He is BIMM’s first unofficial therapy dog and has been well-received by students and staff alike; helping to break down barriers and to further encourage and enable students in coming forward to access support.
