What to expect
Acting for Stage, Screen and Digital Media is a multi-faceted course that prepares aspiring actors for the industry of today and tomorrow. Taught by experts active in today’s international acting industry, the course delivers an intensive programme that develops your technical, practical and theoretical capabilities as an actor.
During your first year of study, you will build a foundation of skills through modules that explore the fundamentals of voice, movement and improvisation. Then, in your second year, you will refine those skills through hands-on modules exploring contemporary and classical performance, applying your acting technique for multi-camera setups, and exploring the audition process in depth.
Your course will culminate with a final project led by you, giving you the opportunity to showcase your skills and knowledge in the area of Acting you’re most passionate about. As an acting student, you’ll collaborate with actors, filmmakers and musicians throughout your three years of study.
Facilities
You’ll be based at Molecule Studios, a space designed for collaboration across the stage, screen and digital media.
Complete with an in-house film studio, a sound suite for voiceover, podcasting and radio, plus prop and dressing room facilities, you’ll have everything you need to reach your career goals at your fingertips.

BIMM University Berlin’s regular masterclasses put you in the room with some of the acting industry’s most exciting figures.
Covering topics like TV presenting, stage combat and puppetry, our masterclasses expand your skillset beyond what you learn in the classroom.
Projects
The creative industries are built on collaboration. As an Acting for Stage, Screen and Digital Media student at BIMM University Berlin, you will have regular opportunities to work with students from across music, film and acting – and build your creative network as you do so.
Our students collaborate on music videos, create short films and develop podcasts that put their unique range of skills in front of a captive audience.
