Laura Fong Prosper

Filmmaker, video artist and cutter with more than 20 years of experience in the fields of documentary, fiction, essay and experimental film, music videos, video art, VR and installation art.
She conducts her own personal research in Media Archaeology as a recycler of audiovisual material. While working with archival footage and passionate about photography, she mixes analogue and digital technologies and formats, bringing glitch, colour and layering to her observational and documentary style of filming.
Her work has been exhibited in China, Panama, Germany, France, Chile, Bolivia, Costa Rica, USA, Brazil, Colombia, Ukraine, El Salvador and the Internet, among others.
