BIMM University Berlin partners with Beatcon 2025
This year, BIMM University Berlin is an official partner of Beatcon 2025, Germany’s leading hip-hop producers’ conference, and all our students are invited to attend for free. The event is taking place at House of Music on 3 and 4 October 2025.
Beatcon is a two-day celebration of hip-hop production culture, packed with opportunities to learn, connect, and get inspired. With some of the top German rap producers and engineers sharing their expertise live on stage, it’s great for anyone serious about beatmaking, vocal production, or taking their music career to the next level.
Spanning multiple stages and spaces, the programme includes:
- Masterclasses in beat making, vocal recording, mixing, mastering, and live performance
- Insider business sessions on earning money in today’s industry – from royalties and sync to branding and contracts
- Feedback sessions on your beats from industry pros
- Networking opportunities with fellow producers, artists, and industry insiders
- Hands-on testing of the latest plug-ins, monitors, and studio tools
- Immersive audio experiences in the Dolby/Genelec Lounge, including listening sessions, beat feedback, and even a world-premiere product launch
Beatcon is more than just a conference – it’s a meeting point for the hip-hop community. It’s where emerging producers connect with established names, where new workflows and technologies are revealed, and where you can get your own work heard and critiqued by leading professionals.
