Ableton makes Live, Push and Link — unique software and hardware for music creation and performance. Our BIMM Berlin college is equipped with the latest Ableton Software and BIMM University Berlin offers regular Workshops on Ableton Live, led by our BIMM lecturers who are Ableton certified trainers. BIMM University Berlin Hamburg has been approved as Ableton Certified Training Center.

ADAM Audio was founded in March 1999 in Berlin. Since then the company has been developing, manufacturing and distributing loudspeakers in the field of Professional Audio. One of our talented BIMM Berlin graduates, Ylva Brandtsegg who graduated in 2020 in Music Production received this unique opportunity and won the Adam Audio Scholarship.

Blackstar Amplification is a British company that produces and manufacturers some of the most versatile guitar amplifiers and effects units on the market.

Bonedo was founded in 2007 and has developed into the most important German-language magazine for musicians. Bonedo publishes over 200 articles per month, covering all areas of interest for musicians. Many BIMM University Berlin lecturers work in collaboration with Bondeo by hosting regular video tutorials.

Berlin Music Commission is the music business network of Berlin. It connects, supports and represents companies and actors from all areas of the Berlin music industry, from live and recorded music to music technology, education and media and is supported by the city of Berlin and the Senate. As a member, BIMM University Berlin works closely with BMC on all kind of projects around Berlin's music industry.

Bitwig is an award-winning Digital Audio Workstation that runs on Mac, Windows, and Linux. Students at BIMM University Berlin have access to discounts to Bitwig Studio and enjoy masterclasses from the Bitwig Team as well as certified Bitwig trainers.

Like no other club in Berlin, the Cassiopeia always manages to build a bridge between sub and pop culture. Urban, raw and wild - against a background of a varied music and cultural programme. BIMM Berlin students regularly perform at Cassiopeia for their end of term gigs.

Tilmann Ilse and his business Partner Peter Keller are the owners of Chefrock Studios GbR in the middle of Hamburg Altona. Their studio is one of the biggest and modern Recording/Mixing Studios in Hamburg offering anything from the smallest Demo-Tape up to big Soundtracks for Movies.

Filter Music Group approaches the development and expansion of artist careers holistically, connecting the different disciplines in a meaningful way. The focus is on consistent and profitable cooperation amongst the various departments, with the corporate group consisting of subsections of one label, publishing, booking, artist management, creative services and is affiliated with a promotion agency and digital distribution company. BIMM University Berlin collaborated on different projects and some of its talented alumni are now part of Filter Music Group.

Founded in 2006, The Great Escape Festival is a three-day music festival and showcases over 400 up and coming artists from all over the world across 35 walk-able venues every May in Brighton, BIMM University's home base. Many of our talented students performed at the festival and contributed not only as artists but as the next generation in the music business.

House of Music is Berlin's creative hub for musicians, companies and organizations from the music industry. It is a space for music, open working environments and diverse networking possibilities in the historical wheel-set turnery on the R.A.W. grounds in Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg. The House of Music combines live music, education, consulting and business under the same roof. A creative community that is made possible through a high-quality infrastructure, modern soundproofing and unique room acoustics.  The House of Music is also home to BIMM University Berlin.

The Hamburg Music Business Association (IHM) is the first and largest regional music trade association in Germany and the network of Hamburg’s music business and represents enterprises in all branches of the music industry. It was founded in March 2004 with the aim of promoting and helping to shape Hamburg as a centre for music and the music industry. .

iZotope is the leading innovator in audio software. Latin Percussion, also known as LP, specialises in ethnic instruments and Latin percussion.

Marshall is arguably one of the biggest names in electric guitar amplification.

In 2002, Consense GmbH took over the operation of the 'Boiler House' and 'Machine House' music venues and since then has been responsible for the artistic and creative management of the popular Berlin venues in the Kulturbrauerei. Students of the BIMM University Berlin regularly have the pleasure of performing in this special venue.

Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH operates the two state-owned multifunctional event venues 'Velodrom' and 'Max-Schmeling-Halle' in Berlin. With spectator capacities of up to 12,000 people per hall, they are among the largest event halls in Berlin. Their range of uses extends from sporting events to concerts, shows, congresses, conferences, presentations and gala events. BIMM Berlin students regularly get the opportunity to look behind the scenes, have walk-ins and learn more about the work of big event venues.

Launched in 2014 as part of the conference programme of the Berlin Music Week, Most Wanted: Music (MW:M) is now the most important event for the professional music and creative industries in Berlin. The goals are to promote practical know-how, stimulate networking and exchange and develop new perspectives and business models for the industry.

Music Pool Berlin has been offering low-threshold consulting and qualification services since 2013 and regularly organizes community evenings. The publicly funded program supports around 3,000 female musicians in Berlin in their careers in the music industry. Music Pool Berlin is a cooperative project of noisy Academy, Clubcommission and all2gethernow and receives funding from the Musicboard Berlin, the Senate Department for Culture and Europe and the European Union (European Social Fund).

noisy Musicworld comprises seven separate service areas: noisy Rooms - rehearsal rooms, noisy Store - backline rental, noisy Academy - a school for electronic music, noisy Live - music events, noisy Roads - tour bus rental and Jam School, the instrumental music school. noisy Musicworld offers 23 rehearsal rooms in sound studio quality with first-class soundproofing in the House of Music - and all this for reasonable rates and conditions.

Hamburg's Reeperbahn Festival is a unique festival, probably the biggest inner-city festival ever. Apart from fantastic live performances by up-and-coming and established artists, the festival is also a meeting place and conference for the music industry, which is unique in its size and form in Germany and perhaps also in the world. Since our beginning in Germany, we have been represented at the Reeperbahn Festival every year by the BIMM University Berlin, many of our bands have already played great gigs here, furthermore, we always have a reception to which we invite partners and friends from the industry, and we are also partly involved in the content of the further education part of the conference.

RockCity Hamburg e.V. was founded in 1987 as the central organ of Hamburg's music by musicians and music activists. In addition to musical projects, committee work and untiring commitment to Hamburg's musicians, RockCity Hamburg e.V. is now a centre for popular music and continuously promotes the work, performance and marketing opportunities of Hamburg lyricists, composers, musicians, publishers, labels, organisers and bookers.

Sennheiser is one of the leading suppliers and manufacturers worldwide and we are proud that our students and tutors have been able to realise some exciting projects together with Sennheiser, such as gear trials or student participation in a Sennheiser commercial.

Sony Music Entertainment is a global American Music Company and is home to the most loved and commercially successful artists in the world. In 2018, in a collaboration with Sony Music, BIMM University Berlin was honoured to organise the "Play by Dave Grohl" Music Camp in Berlin with the Foo Fighters frontman, Nirvana drummer and legendary rock genius, Dave Grohl. Six young musicians and four BIMM lecturers took part in this unforgettable weekend.

Since its foundation in 1985, Trixx Studios have been providing the best from vintage to "State-of-the-Art" technology in a creative ambience. Artists such as Dave Gahan (Depeche Mode), Paul Kalkbrenner, Rammstein, Udo Lindenberg and many more have been working on their music projects in Trixx Studios. Before BIMM Berlin established its own studio facilities in the House of Music, BIMM Berlin students' Music Production and studio home was Trixx studios.

As an exclusive full-service management agency, Vybe Brothers Entertainment GmbH designs successful and sustainable careers in close cooperation with artists, partners and clients. Thanks to Vybe Brothers, BIMM Berlin graduate Magnus Schroeter collaborated with established singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, producer and content creator, Jannik Brunke.

Warner Music Central Europe is part of the global network of the New York-based Warner Music Group and markets international world stars such as Ava Max, David Guetta, Bruno Mars, Ed Sheeran and Cardi B. BIMM University Berlin collaborate on different projects with Warner Music Central Europe, such as the Summer Series 2020, Masterclasses or walk-ins to Warner's Hamburg Headquarters.

Yamaha Drums has been creating high-quality kits for professional players since 1967.
