After finishing his studies at BIMM University Berlin Brighton, Tom was nominated for two BRIT Awards for British Breakthrough Act and British Male Solo Artist. He was also named Songwriter of the Year at the prestigious Ivor Novello Awards.

During his time with us, Tom worked closely with Head of Vocals, Kate Cameron, and Head of Songwriting, Ian Sillett, before his departure in 2010, his career has been going from strength to strength ever since.

Tom was discovered by a friend of Lily Allen, signed to Columbia Records and began performing at a whole host of major UK festivals over the summer of 2012, including Glastonbury. The following year, Tom was announced as one of fifteen nominees for the BBC Sound of 2013 poll, he became the first male to win the Critic’s Choice Award at The Brits and his debut album Long Way Down was released, reaching no.1 in the UK Charts.

His fourth studio album, Monsters, was released in 2021 and charted at no.4 in the UK Charts. We’re really excited for Tom and we have loved seeing him rise to success over the years.
