Robert Witoschek
Campus Dean
Robert Witoschek is Campus Dean at BIMM University Berlin, leading the operational heartbeat of the campus and ensuring every student learns in a professional, inspiring and supportive environment. From facilities and technology to wellbeing and communication, he works to create a community where students feel confident, connected and ready to grow.
Robert played a key role in establishing BIMM Berlin, helping to bring the vision of an international, industry-connected creative hub to life. His journey began at a Depeche Mode concert in 1987 and has taken him through almost every corner of the music world — performing in punk and electronic bands, touring, working at a record label, organising concerts, DJing and hosting a radio show.
After studying Social Sciences, he moved into educational management and went on to found Noisy Academy and Music Pool Berlin, while contributing to the development of the House of Music. These projects reflect his passion for building spaces where creativity, collaboration and real industry experience can thrive.
Creative, international and people-focused, Robert is committed to ensuring every student at BIMM Berlin has the chance to explore their ideas, build their networks and shape a career they’re proud of.
